@greateranglia could you please justify an "admin fee" of £20 for me changing my journey from one day to another when the cost of the fare difference was a mere £6.70? I do all the work in sourcing, booking and paying so what exactly does your admin fee cover?

@EvriDeliveryCom is this acceptable customer service - a driver giving a time frame which is now over 2 hours outside of that, with no update from the driver?? You send a message that I can't reply to, advising package still to be delivered today,despite me asking for a call.

Hi everyone, I’m afraid I bear some sad news. Most of you will know Dave has been fighting cancer for the past couple of years. Last night, on 28th February 2024, with Lili, Dave’s wife, his family, close friend David and myself by his side, he passed away peacefully at home. All who knew Dave are devastated at his passing. His beloved wife brought him such happiness as did her children, Iza and Sergiu who Dave loved like his own. Personally, I am not sure I can put into words on how I feel at the moment. My best friend is on a journey that for now, I can’t follow. I will miss him every day and the bond and friendship we shared over half a lifetime. I wish you god’s speed brother; you are and will remain a beacon in this world. See you on the other side. Love ya. I know Dave and his family would want me to thank all of you who sent messages of support in recent times. It meant the world to him, his family and all The Hairy Bikers team. I am sending you all much love and gratitude for those simple acts of kindness, generosity and spirit. We are eternally grateful for them. May I ask you all for one further kindness and allow Lili, his wife, his family, close friends and I some time and some peace to process our huge loss. I am sure I will see you all soon. Love Si x

Hello everyone I’ve had some news that unfortunately the disco in my body has turned into an illegal rave/riot, with bottles being flung and people stealing whatever they can. Breast cancer has spread and increased in a few areas and we now know we have probably got a few weeks left so I’ve been tying up loose ends and making sure I see the people I care about. I’m still up and about, holding conversations, going out for dinner etc. I’m just v tired while we do it. There were treatment options - they weren’t great. Plus it is tough going this chemo malarkey. It’s hefty, with lots of nasty side effects for the sake of a couple of extra months to feel rubbish for. So I’m spending valuable time with friends and family and focusing on settling Mollie in for her next chapter at secondary school. Thank you for your well wishes and your kindness. And most of all, your friendship which has helped me get through some tough times this last few years. I love you. Keep fucking going 🌻

@greateranglia Hi there, so despite two separate emails over the past week, you've chosen to ignore the request for refunding the outrageous £10 admin fee. Why am I not surprised. You cancelled my train - why should I be forced to pay an admin fee?

@greateranglia the strike you have chosen to participate in on 23/7 has now cancelled the train I was booked on. You provide an option to request a refund but have charged a £10 admin fee? It's YOUR strike that has cancelled my train, why are you charging me?
