@bt_uk - My parents (both 85+) had their landline cut without warning or notice on 19/02/25 - after 7 hours of calls with 9 advisors & reassurance they would be connected this weekend as priority they are still without a phone line. You are placing my parents at risk. Sort it.

@HFWILL @bt_uk Similar disrespect for my mother and a community of elderly and vulnerable residents who don’t have internet.. every call to “customer help” generates a different response. Adding confusion and anxiety to a group of people already struggling with no connection. Appalling.

@bt_uk @bt_uk - As I said in my previous post I have had approx 7 hours of conversation with your teams on that number - they have not been able to resolve it. My parents have are still without a landline. I have DM’ed you with the details.

@BexyBH Hi Rebecca, I'm sorry to hear about the issue. This would have to go through the service provider and if some people haven't they would need to speak with their service provider so a fault can be raised. ^Frazer

We need an effective Palestinian Authority for lasting peace. Concerned to see proposals from Finance Minister Smotrich to impose further restrictions on PA finances & expand settlements in the West Bank - such measures would harm chances for peace, security & stability.
