Ok @JetstarAirways how pathetic. My son coming back from Japan which just had 2 earthquakes a tsunami and plane catch on fire sadly resulting in people dying. In an 8 hour or so flight he goes to buy food. It’s on his table but you won’t take debit card or cash. So food is whisked off quickly and said bad luck. He could pay for his movies ok though. Please allow your staff to think for themselves and have some empathy.
