@OtisBRickman @VUMCLung I would be open to that. Multicenter. I can use red cap or a spreadsheet. Etc. We collect data as we go.. so its not hard. We have tracked 1100 ION cases.

@BhadraCondra What about a comparative case series? That would be helpful too as folks make purchasing decisions. Much like we did at @VUMCLung with ION vs FluroNav.

@OtisBRickman Not going to randomize yet. This is just for product placement. I use cone beam primarily so I assume they will be close to performance - although ION is subject to Catheter drift. Outside of my cbct room... Tilt+ with AF will be a major upgrade

@OtisBRickman We also know more about ventilation strategies and real time imaging. The field of pathology and molecular analysis for both malignant and benign disease is also improving. The future is bright.

As technology improves it seems our #bronchoscopy DY is also improving. Shown in these three meta analyses. Pooled DY across all three: Ultrathin 65%, ENB 71% , RAB 81%.
