“We have been at Wayne’s for nearly eight years. We’ve accumulated a few things in that time, but more importantly we have shared memories tied to that home. God has blessed us in that space. People have been saved, children have been dedicated (a lot of children!),

The death and resurrection of Jesus is the center of the gospel. We deserve to die because of our sin, but Jesus died in our place. Because Jesus is alive, we do not need to fear anything. Those who trust in Jesus have forgiveness and eternal life, and we can joyfully obey Him.

The sacrifices God required of His people were a hint of what God was going to do to forgive sinners. Jesus offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice that takes away our sin once and for all. #thegospelprojectkids

God told His people how to build the tabernacle where He would dwell with them. God desires to be with His people. As part of His plan to save sinners, God sent Jesus to “tabernacle” with people on earth.#thegospelprojectkids

God is holy and separate from sin. His law shows us what He requires—perfect righteousness. Jesus is perfectly righteous. When we trust in Jesus, He takes away our sin and welcomes us into God’s family. #thegospelprojectkids

In the New Testament, Jesus said that He is the Bread of life. (John 6:31-35) God provided manna for His people’s physical hunger, and later He provided His Son, Jesus, for our spiritual hunger. #thegospelprojectkids

God saved Moses and called him to rescue God's people from slavery. Moses' calling points to the call of Jesus to come to earth to save God's people. Jesus gave His life to save us from slavery to sin. #thegospelprojectkids

God had a plan for Joseph’s life. He allowed Joseph to suffer to rescue a whole nation. In a greater way, God planned for Jesus to suffer so that many—people from all nations—would be saved from sin. #thegospelprojectkids

God changed Jacob’s life and gave him a new name, Israel. Jesus’ death and resurrection provided sinful people the way to be adopted into God’s family. We also receive a new name—children of God. (John 1:12) #thegospelprojectkids

Nothing could stop God’s plan for the family of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Through the family of Jacob and Leah’s son Judah, God would show His love for the world by sending His Son to be our Savior. #thegospelprojectkids

Abraham showed his love for God by his willingness to sacrifice Isaac. This is how God showed His love for us: He sent His Son, Jesus, to die on the cross so that we could have eternal life through Him. #thegospelprojectkids

People tried to build a tower to glorify themselves instead of God. God confused their language and scattered them over the earth. One day, people from every tribe and tongue will worship him together. (Rev 7:9-10) #thegospelprojectkids
