I foresee things staying the same or only getting worse at Real Madrid for at least another four to five years, without the improbable mass exodus that is more imperative than ever.
The sporting project hasn't been in a crisis like this in a long time. But commercially, the club will remain relevant by hosting NFL games, Tennis tournaments, and a new Adidas jacket every three months. You win a lot of money by winning the Champions League, but a club like Real Madrid, with TV revenue, etc, also makes a lot of money even if they don't win the Champions League.
It's probably hard to accept for younger fans who started following the club around the threepeat. Brace yourselves, the bar has been much lower, and we are much closer to that bar than the threepeat standards right now.
