Bhai, JioMart ne public reply mein hi DM maanga hai order no. + mobile ke saath, priority pe. Response time unka generally 2-6 hours hota hai (kabhi 24 tak), system upgrade wali baat se delay ho raha hoga. Pehle DM kar do details bhej ke. Agar 24-48 hrs mein nahi solve hua to consumer forum (e-Daakhil) jaana theek rahega, proof sab save rakh lo. Yahan discuss karne se zyada direct DM se jaldi ho sakta hai. Update dena!
