@DiablosJupi @Stargazinlove On a 4* maybe. Cipher provides her main gimmick merely by existing though LOL. For those fortunate enough to have an E2 Evernight and Cyrene though, her Ice RES shred opens up the possibility of a mono-ice sustainless team, and when it can be used, its nasty!

you unintenionally spreading missinformation since everyone now thinks in the comment that sparxie is bad investment while yaoguang is crucial in general as the only elation ship buffer right now while emc is made for one emc hypercarry. the problem is emc, not sparxie.

Because honestly, for an anniversary card, I dont see how she compares to Castorice in version 3.2 or E2 I want to get her, and I see that Eva in E1 does more damage and Sparxie DPS does more than her
