@nuibella Got it, I’m no doctor but some basic alternatives that are affordable are vitamin D3 + K2, Ashwagandha, magnesium glycinate, L reuteri + probiotics, vitamin B6, & cold shower therapy. These aren’t cures for anything but can help ease some symptoms
