@ThatMoKid @rebekahquests Also, just speaking from my locals, we notice if a person has not won a top eight card we will definitely make sure anybody who wins extra, tries to pass it down to somebody who hasn’t won one yet. A lot of our locals will travel 45 minutes to go to a handful of other shops

ok, since we're all talking about Set Champs, I've heard many ppl talk about how this level of event is supposed to be an "entry level" competitive tournament. So, I'm curious... What does "entry level" competitive tournament mean to you?

@rebekahquests @ThatMoKid I mean. I can see that as well. Bottom line. A lot collectors also then want said mat or card. I’d believe playing league play to get said promos or items. Might just be the entry level event.

@BigE_810 @ThatMoKid Out of curiosity... have you found that to actually be true? in my region it seems like when there ae more high-level events that Set Champs gets *more* sweaty & they feel less "entry level" bc ppl are prepping for those other events

@ThatMoKid @rebekahquests Your spot on Mo! Long story short. More events to compete at a high level, set champs can be the more entry style level tournament.

@rebekahquests At least events for those that don't have the means to travel! Ideally though I would hope set champs would be the premier entry level casual competitive event. Step before DLC's and grassroots cash events but still an environment that someone playing casually can find success in
