So it turns out that @CanonUSAimaging purposely changes the specs of printer cartridges sold in different regions. Such purposeful and meaningless screwing of consumers. Guess who I will never buy from again?

@CanonUKandIE I bought TS3151 in France that used PG545 and CL546 cartridges, but now I have the printer in Qatar and am being told those cartridges are Euro spec and not available in the ME market. Can I use 445/446 instead?
