Evidence presented shows Jeremy MacKenzie has been willing to assist authority with any investigation into unlawful activities,the minimum expected of any citizen. To say that makes him a Fed is absurd. He lost his lawsuit against you, @ezralevant, but it doesn’t make him a Fed.

Judge said there is sufficient evidence to the DEFENSE of truth, ie Ezra didn't pull it completely out of his ass. Ezra also used legal weasel words like "theory".

Hi David. I don't think I would have called Jeremy MacKenzie a fed if all he had done was what you described -- offered police a briefing on right wing critics. That was the example you mentioned. But the judge heard much more than that. And MacKenzie has publicly boasted about much more than that. MacKenzie pro-actively snitched on political rivals on multiple occasions and had them arrested. He has boasted of doing so to both the RCMP and CSIS. I'd encourage you to read the whole ruling. MacKenzie is a fed, and given his admission that he did so multiple times, there's obviously a lot more that he's done that we don't even know about.
