I have no idea what is your favorite or nearest casino. But here's some simple and straightforward advice - The longer you play increases the advantage for the house. Play for 30 minutes or an hour and the probability table can become skewed and work to your advantage. Play for 4 hours and there's almost a 100% certainty you will lose. Casino management considers time played more important than amount wagered. 😋

Casinos keep a log of card counters, this man identified himself when he entered the casino, he sits down at a blackjack table he’s playing two hands against the dealer and one other player and a shoe full of decks of cards (typically 6-8) the casino can and often changes shoes at random and as frequently as they want. So why do they call “card counting” against the rules ? Isn’t keeping track of the game what you’re supposed to do ? Should everyone be blindfolded to play blackjack ? A typical casino has dozens of games that collect massive amounts of revenue.

There is a secret. Find out what the "Hold" is in the casino at which you are playing. The "Hold" is the term that describes how much the casino retains on every dollar played before they start paying out. For example, a 5% hold means that the casino is keeping five cents of every dollar wagered and returning ninety-five cents in winnings, on average. A casino sets their Hold and it can be routinely adjusted but must meet state gaming regulations. Except when there are NO state gaming regulations; i.e., tribal casinos. Also, a Hold can be decreased on slow days - Mondays, Tuesdays - and increased on busy days - Friday, Saturday and Holidays. 2% Hold is super good for players but I've seen Holds as high as 50% in some casinos. Finally, play in casinos that are busy. There's a term in mathematics called - I think - "The Law of Large Numbers"; also used by insurance underwriters.
