Sad, but I’ve seen more people pull out phones to record fights than actually try to stop them. I’ll take a punch if it means one less for the person being victimized. That's a much more useful perspective for me to ponder Some consider the Ego to be the interface between the Conscious and the SubConscious, so a fixed Ego would certainly be a barrier to reprogramming the subconscious to do the bidding of an evolving consciousness

@BigVisionQuest @RyanHoliday I thing the point is to have a somewhat more relaxed approach to our 'self' and sense of identity. After all, we construct it based on our past experiences and then extrapolate it to our future - and it can unnecessarily limit us in new pursuits.
