In the coming weeks, both @NukemLoans & @EnreachUAE will move to a decentralised leadership structure removing decision making power from my shoulders We are reaching a pivotal point in the delivery of the tech stacks where I have acted as steward in leading development & product release @NukemLoans is moving to multisig control of treasury where the team will take over day to day with community governance for more impacting decision making processes Last night I approved the reduction of interest rates across all markets to be more attractive to borrowers. That decision consulted the largest USDT lender as well as largest USDT borrower Going forward, lenders will govern lending markets as we release vsTKN governance which puts lenders in control on how their liquidity is priced & risk is managed Such governance functions are already embedded into the core of the protocol awaiting for us to release at the right time I.e. when we have more lenders @EnreachUAE sequencer tech for RWA projects such as CommTrade is undergoing deployment & integration. We are currently deploying everything on the EVM layer @SeiNetwork where our ERC4626 vaults will be used to acquire receivables but enable users to deploy stables once they’re onboarded via #KYCNFT Enreach treasury is already under multisig on @ethereum but from a leadership perspective I’m still stewarding the ship, this will change also as msig takes shape likely with future investors of $NRCH taking roles Both projects need to raise funds & scale product development teams, I’ve managed to get us this far by bootstrapping but this can no longer be sustained I will step back from leadership roles purposely to enable the team to lead from the front. I will be the biggest supporter but from back office, where my role will focus more on product development & bizdev I want to get back to what I enjoy which is building product, leading from the front has taken the shine away from what we have or are about to accomplish with releases I enjoy & look forward to working with developers where we brainstorm ideas that can be engineered into outcomes, #ETHDenver hacker house highlighted this for me, it’s an area I thrive in IMO Taking inspiration from the OHMies of @OlympusDAO, you can govern a product via the community, you just need to have committed community members with sufficient capital to incentivise development This is what I hope I can leave behind for both $NUKEM & $NRCH This is not a goodbye but simply a manifesto of what we must strive towards I learnt this from the young brother @loomdart, who is carving a path for those active @bywassies to be rewarded for participation in anything that rewards a Wassie holder It can take time to do so, but like Loomie, one must throw themselves into the fire to add urgency to achieving success results To those patient $NRCH & $NUKEM holders who have followed me since the beginning, we are almost there & I will always appreciate your trust & commitment to this day Very soon you will see what we have forged, your loyalty will be rewarded, communities will become bigger & inshallah they will evolve from that small group of us from the start to something unrecognisable
