I think you underestimate how hard it can be to collect evidence of this sort of thing. Most girls don't screenshot dick pics. They're either too busy closing it so they don't have to look at it anymore and so they can block the person or they are so desensitized that they don't care and just immediately move on. Most of them don't exactly want that picture saved in their phone either. Some are also scared there would be consequences as the guy can see them screenshot it, they avoid confrontation. The messages being on snapchat disappear as well, so you just end up with no proof. Snapchat is just built for this shit. Most twitlongers contain screenshots from discord because they're luckily stupid enough to write bad stuff there, but there's tons of ppl who just get away with this shit.
