Here's the framework every marketer needs: The funnel: People see you → think about you → try you → stay → tell others (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention → Advocacy) Now here’s the problem: Most crypto projects spend almost everything on getting seen. This isn't a reach problem. Every step of that funnel is leaking. What actually needs budget: 1.
