@Big_Agnes hello. I had issues with my sticks (the elastic wire keeping them together lost elasticity only 5 or 6 pitches in), and the perpendicular one at the top cracked potentially as a result of that. Is there any chance I can get replacements? Rest of the tent is awesome :)

@thejayrobinson Perfect tents are what we dream of Jay. I believe Graham just sent you an email, but yes the Accessory Copper Hotel fly will work with the Copper Spur Bikepack tent, but the pole lengths for the Hotel fly are the traditional 17 inch length so beware!

@Big_Agnes Hello! My in-laws have a tent with a defect (holes in screen) that they contacted you about a few years ago, but for some reason the photos they sent were never processed for a warranty exchange. What is the best way to contact you for a warranty exchange? Thx!

@dannybrooms Dan, as there has not been an industry standard for R values we have not used R values to date. The good news is they are in the works. We use the Third Degree pads in the snow and ice and below freezing temps, and that’s saying something in Colorado.
