@dbk_116 @Rmullins8 Def ego in IT guys when they encounter someone that doesnt have the same knowledge as them or even knows common Microsoft Excel/Word/etc shortcuts. You can hear/see it from them when you need technical support. “Whats this idiot need that Im going to fix in 3 minutes?”
