I'll have to write a piece about fixing my shoulders. It's a bit long to tweet. I'll put it in one of the emails - I'll try for the next one. If not, it'll be in the one that follows that. And I'll see about turning the highlights into a thread.
When I was 35, I said I wanted to be as fit at 70 as I was in my 20's.
I'm almost 50 now.
I'm much stronger, more flexible & my cardio is as good as it was.
Fixed my shoulders.
Fixed my knees.
Recovered from bilateral hernia surgery.
What can I do in the next 20 years?
