Secunda Home Affairs Officials Caught Selling South African IDs to Foreigners! Two former Department of Home Affairs workers from Secunda have been arrested and remanded in custody for identity theft and fraud. Portia Mtshweni and Nondumiso Maboyi allegedly helped issue South African IDs to Zimbabweans and a Mozambican, plus a fake birth certificate for a Zimbabwean child.This is the kind of corruption that makes South Africans so angry.
