What in this situation would make everybody happy? From what I've read of the already-released files, there was nothing there that would have led to any indictment. Speculation, insinuation, but not indictment material. Now, nothing in them can be used in a criminal proceeding. Of the remaining files, once they are released to the public, they cannot be used in a criminal proceeding. The reacting of the names makes sense in order to try to protect any ongoing investigations, if that's possible at this point. So, just wtf would make people happy?

The Epstein files were legally supposed to be released 146 days ago. If citizens ignored court orders and federal law for 146 days, they’d be in jail. When the government officials do it, nothing happens.
