@BigyWinning @anymanfitness 250mcg isn’t enough, you need at least 500mcg and you need to give it more time. I’ve got the same injury and have been split dosing am/pm 400mcg per pin and mine is starting to improve after 3 weeks. Plus you want to pin it where the injury is.
