Ray established the exclusive Facebook octogenarian cycling group, The Royal Academy of Octogenarian Cyclists, which consists of 759 worldwide fellows. In 2018, he created the Port Credit Slow Roll community bike rides and the Port Credit Farmers Market Bike Valet. 2/2

Storyteller No. 3 of our Cycling Through Life event is Ray Marentette a 7th gen French Canadian from Windsor ON. Ray is a lifelong cyclist & community cyclist activist. He was presented the 2018 Phil Green Recognition Award for "Ray-sing" the bar for cycling in Mississauga. 1/2
