@Motawif_SA What logistics you talking about? We paid for platinum plus and flight from IAD to Madina on July 01 but tickets we received by calling SAudi airlines is from IAD to Jeddah. Please change our tickets direct to Madina. Give the service you promised. Do not say use bus or train.

Motawif please talk with Saudi airlines to divert flight to Madina direct. You want us to take bus for 6-9 hrs after 24 hr flights.
