Just remembered I have this saved in my bookmarks. Flick has finally realized we need a technical yet physical profile in midfield. Javi Guerra is almost an all round midfielder who can cover all three midfield positions (CM,AMF,DM). Would be naive to claim that he has no place in this squad. @Ben_Mattinson_ already has concrete reports on him so you can read more about Javi if you’re interested.

@ACruishner I feel we got bernal Gavi and tommy ( if we don't sell) enough to fill the deeper role. If we include Fermin olmo and a la masia player for 10. Isn't that a lot of depth for midf .

@wristofkohli India has produced world champions in cricket, badminton, Kabaddi, hockey, chess, billiards, javeling, wrestling, boxing, etc. Yet they think football deserves the most investment without any strong performance. Even Afg, Bangladesh with many part timers defeat India in football.

As long as Indian football fans will hate Indian cricket. Indian football will never match the heights of Indian cricket.
