That’s straight from the County presentation. Pretending the County has nothing to do with shaping growth? The County’s own documents say otherwise. Today, I’m calling on Sleepy Steve Ehlmann to put Proposition RT to freeze property taxes in St. Charles County back on the ballot for August 2026 which is allowed under Senate Bill 3. The April election only had 18% turnout—Senate Bill 3 does not prohibit this being placed on the ballot multiple times.
