He’s easily one of my favorite characters in the whole franchise
Despite being cocky and full of himself we immediately see that he ultimately does care about others and wants to genuinely be a hero
Plus the joke with his name throughout the Cell and Boo arcs, the guy with Satan in his name, lies to all of humanity to present himself as their savior,
Which you would think is evil and bad, but ultimately they’re only able to save the UNIVERSE because of him and that lie
