@helen_barnowl Really struggling with washing up. To get the dopamine to start and keep going, I sort items by type, then I get the WIN for washing one category, whichhelps me keep going for the next one. eg I'll just wash the spoons = dopamine rush to want to do the forks for a double win.

It’s 6.15 and I’ve peaked 😂 I have the most energy in the morning. Washed some dishes and put some washing on the airer 🤷‍♀️ chores are sooooo boring

@myeyemyview I know that feeling well.All the unwritten rules, that no one tells you until you stuff up. My pet peeve; if you ask someone to help or explain something, they get cross with you and don't have the time to get into it. BUT when you get stuff wrong, they go on & on at you for ages

I might stop interacting with people, not just on here, but in general. I have Asperger's and it seems everything I say, even giving someone a compliment, causes upset. I just don't understand this world anymore. 😔

@hellosimply I have a Kindle Fire 10HD and a Yamaha Peagerio, I got a cable to connect them directly to improve note recognition, which it does but it also stops any sound out from the Kindle, when connected. Pls do you have any tips? I don't want to get an ipad

@hellosimply I started my journey with the app in November and have learnt more with the app in this time than 'tinkering around' for over 4o years. I love the choice of songs to learn and the learning style really fits with how I learn as a neurodivergent person. Ahh the dopamine of ⭐⭐⭐
