CORRECTION: Zac Segal is American. Further, despite the claim that he was born in London and was a British citizen, Segal was actually born in Florida and then spent much of his life abroad. There has been some confusion around that, but I apologize for adding to it.

Attorney Todd Pomerleau’s comments about Segal do not make sense. The part of my post that touches upon that stands. I will now, however, add that in light of the above correction, his remarks are especially ridiculous.

How are Zac Segal’s words ironic? Whereas Segal is a legal alien, at least some of the individuals that were taken from a car wash in Allston by ICE are illegal aliens. The two statuses are not interchangeable❗️ Moreover, this development further demonstrates that American citizens and permanent residents do not really much matter to particular segments of the political class. Certainly, many people here have found themselves in dire need of legal representation on different occasions, but it has been sadly out of their reach due to the often exorbitant costs. Yet, individuals that are here illegally benefit from an abundance of resources, which include legal assistance. #bospoli #mapoli

Weak opinion piece by USA Today’s @russell_nm electing for gov. She doesn’t live in VA but wrote her article from from her home in Texas. Little does she know, Lt. Gov Earle-Sears did nothing for VA, wasn’t visible until the campaign. But you think you know what’s good for us. 🤧
