B.C. wants a royalty on Alberta oil moving west. About 900,000 containers from B.C. ports move east through Alberta every year. For every $1 per barrel B.C. charges Alberta, a reciprocal toll would be about $900 per container charged to B.C. Fair is fair. Alberta can do better.
