Anthony Sanders – Named Major League First Base Coach. Dr. Georgia Giblin – Promoted to Vice President, Health & Performance. Alex Smith – Named Vice President, Baseball Strategy. Christian Hook – Promoted to Director, Pitching Evaluation. Brad Ciolek – Named Director, International Scouting. Tom Moore – Transitioning to Senior Advisor, International Operations. Theo Hooper – Named Assistant Director, Amateur Scouting.

The Tigers today named Cody Asche major league assistant hitting coach, Billy Boyer major league quality coach and Anthony Sanders major league first base coach.

Couldn’t be happier for Billy Boyer. Have lost count of how many Tigers minor leaguers have credited his investment and council into their development. Billy does things the right way.
