@BillyRWebb He's won nothing. He got Marseille playing pretty well. Left under a cloud. Hes got a backbone? Yeah, that goes down famously with Spurs. He's aggressive in his coaching. Certainly doesn't nurture young talent which we have in abundance. It's a disaster appointment. Bookmark it

People saying De Zerbi keeps us up because he’s the best manager tactically etc - you think in two weeks time we’ll be playing free flowing attacking football? He’s barely got any time to get the players playing how he wants them to. We also don’t have a squad ready for his style. Our midfield cannot do it. That’s why people are focusing on character. If De Zerbi comes in and explodes, as he has done at every other club he’s ever managed, it will be a complete disaster. He doesn’t even want the job, we’re literally throwing millions and millions at him to beg him to take it. So how much fight you think he really has?

He is the prime example of what Spurs have done this year You strip out any level of confidence in players, fans etc and you find yourself in a rut, dooming, second guessing yourself Our whole institution and everyone involved had the rug pulled out from under them

He’s just a better Bernardo Silva, can play everywhere you ask of him and he plays to an elite standard. Not a shock that the best manager in history is a fan of him.
