@SeanTwoNames Van Nuys too. We have work, gym, college, grocery store, gas stations, even emergency rooms and churches all within walking distance or like a 15-20 min bus ride. Of course going to like anaheim is a nightmare but I never gotta leave to that side of town

Sherman Oaks is the most walkable place I’ve ever lived in my life. Four grocery stores close by, gym is less than half a mile away, just an insane amount of great restaurants and bars on Ventura, UPS/FedEx/Post Office up the street, park/recreation center is six blocks away.
