Once u get the resources and place beds n stuff, settlers will come to ur base!! They will have all kinds of different skill sets that help develop ur base better!! The higher their skill level, the better they will be at their job!! BUT WHAT R JOBS EVEN FOR? HUH DANIKA?? HUH?!??
