It is task initiation paralysis. The gap between inaction and action for an ADHD brain is so much greater than that of a neurotypical one, due to the lower baseline levels of dopamine. This is why I view any person with ADHD as *more* disciplined than a typical person as any output they have generated was only possible through a monumental deposit of willpower to bridge that huge gap.

The ADHD workflow doesn't have a steady pace.
