@DividendPanda74 @HODL_Quietly Propranolol is for the physical anxiety like sweating, shaky hands . Lexapro is better for the mental aspect like racing thoughts, worry , emotional stress. It can be taken long term just depending on how your symptoms present. I take it as needed and I got lexapro to take daily

@DividendPanda74 @HODL_Quietly Yes I’ve used propranolol for years . It will give you slight dizziness if you stand up too fast but that is easily fixed with drinking atleast one bottle of water . Got some lexapro but haven’t started with that yet but I can let you know. I heard great things about it though
