I did some maths and the current world population is roughly 7.9 billion. The current death rate for Covid 19 is around 1.5 percent of those infected. therefore if the whole population were to be infected the deaths from it would be 118,500,000,000 - scary statistics...

I think in a lot of cases it allows people to finish that playstation game or watch the end of their film, customer service has gone out of the window...

Not necessarily relating to the license debacle, has anyone tried to get an answer from a call centre in the last 12months. So if they are all working from home, surely they are still answering phones with laptop access to work.

Article 88 under the road traffic act apparently allows me to continue to drive if my application is waiting at Swansea to be processed, lets hope so...

One driver is still waiting after applying in February, another said he's had nothing but silence since applying in August. It is almost impossible to contact anyone at DVLA either by online webchat or by phone.

The delay at Swansea for paper applications is 10 weeks or more, so what do I do on the 14th?

Driving without the relevant license can result in 6 penalty points and a fine of up to £5000 also not holding a valid license could lead to claim rejection by insurance companies.

My Lorry license expires on November 14th 2021, DVLA sent my renewal with under 7 weeks to go I got my doctor to complete the medical form and returned the application with over 6 weeks to go.

It seems strange to me that the virus started in China and the rest of the world is in a complete mess, but China is doing very well thankyou. Could this be a new form of War?

Finally, the Covid scourge started in China, they are being very cagey about they delay in alerting the rest of the world and the origins of the virus.
