@Typoryx I haven't been actively designing in years dude. I clearly hurt you it's ok. Also not sure where I flexed my design that I don't even participate in anymore I think that's just your projected insecurity. Go cook up some more AI backgrounds, might make you feel better.

@AcethemDigital I'm chill, didn't think my reply was particularly aggressive it was just a difference of opinion. I feel like if your goal is to increase performance in a video game I think there are more effective ways of doing it is all. If this works for you, then more power to you I guess!

Ok I'm going to start with my training program first, and yes I used chatgpt to format it for me so you can follow it clearly.- the results will be in comments later today 😉
😎 Training Methodology: My FPS Pro Performance Program
This program is not gym dependent.
It focuses on:
🎯 Reaction speed
👁 Hand eye coordination
🧠 Neural sharpness
💪 Posture & shoulder endurance
🦵 Stability for long sessions
🫁 Brain oxygenation
Performed 4–5x per week.
🔥 Phase 1 Neural Warm Up (5–8 Minutes)
The goal here was to activate the nervous system before touching the mouse.
Cross Crawl March 2 minutes
Opposite arm to opposite knee.
Improves left/right brain coordination critical for ambidextrous mouse adjustments.
Neck & Shoulder Activation
Chin tucks x15
Scapular retractions x20
Arm circles (small to big) 30 sec each direction
This dramatically reduced shoulder fatigue during long objective holds.
Fast Hands Drill 3 rounds
20 sec reaction bursts, 20 sec rest.
Focus: explosive upper body reaction speed.
Result:
Faster first shot response and less hesitation during peeks.
🎾 Phase 2 Tennis Ball Reaction Training (10–15 Minutes)
This became the biggest performance multiplier.
Standing 2–3m from a wall, I progressed through levels:
🟢 Alternate Hands
Throw right → catch left.
Throw left → catch right.
Built ambidexterity for aim switching.
🟡 Rapid Fire
Continuous throw catch without pause.
Improved tracking and reload timing speed.
🟠 One Leg Stability
Single leg throws alternating hands.
Built ankle + core stability improving brain body connection.
🔴 Eye Patch Mode
Covered one eye and alternated throws.
This recalibrated depth perception.
Once both eyes were used again, tracking felt sharper and more controlled.
🔥 Chaos Mode
Unpredictable callouts during throws:
Right. Left. Switch. Spin. Clap before catch.
This directly translated to chaotic team fights.
My ability to process and react improved noticeably.
💪 Phase 3 Gamer Strength (15–20 Minutes)
This phase eliminated the fatigue bottleneck.
Upper Body Stability
Push Ups (explosive focus)
Plank Shoulder Taps
Wall Angels
Improved posture and reduced aim drift late game.
Core Rotation
Dead Bugs
Side Planks
Stabilized torso movement, reducing over flicking.
Lower Body Blood Flow
Split Squats
Calf Raises
Better circulation = sharper mental endurance.
🫁 Phase 4 Brain Oxygen Boost (5 Minutes)
30 sec fast step ups
30 sec controlled nasal breathing
Repeated 4 rounds.
This improved:
Focus retention
Clutch composure
Reduced mental tilt

@MikaeliFX I liked the epilogue and how they wrapped up the characters but there was no stakes, too much plot armour and plot holes. Worst season imo.

We need help. Like right now. 🙏
Frag has hit a few bumps in the road recently, the most impactful being our graphic designer no longer being available so we are looking for a designer who can jump in ASAP to handle things like merch, announcement and social graphics, broadcast assets, and event branding.
Graphic design is a critical aspect of our operations and selling our tournaments to sponsors to keep things going is extremely difficult without that creative touch. 🎨🖌️
