It made me reflect on how many people are living with depression and various mental struggles, not because of themselves, but because of what others have done to them. May He Swt be with Oppressed...

That realization truly made me feel bad. It made me feel deeply upset and frustrated thinking about how people can take others for granted, using them only for their own benefit, while the other person silently suffers, sometimes at the cost of their own life.

So I had the chance to read psychiatric clinic records of patients. As I was reading, I began to understand how people suffernot because of what they think or do (in many cases), but because of another person’s behavior, influence, and the nature of their relationships.

It made me reflect on how many people are living with depression and various mental struggles, not because of themselves, but because of what others have done to them.
