This year @NFT_NYC I'll keep pushing the conversation about bridging Web2 and Web3...but I'm also bringing up the conversation most people avoid. Everyone loves blaming the labels. Truth is, a lot of artists are their own biggest roadblock. I've spent years putting my own money, time, connections, and reputation on the line for artists. I've booked tours, handled emergencies, fed bands, paid expenses, opened doors, and made sure people got paid. You learn real quick who's serious... and who's just chasing the image. Talent gets you noticed. Character keeps you in the room. The biggest career killer isn't the industry. It's ego! It's thinking you know everything. It's burning the people who believed in you, then wondering why nothing moves afterward. These days I don't invest in "potential." I invest in proof, work ethic, loyalty, and people who actually show up. That's the conversation I'm here to have with my partners. Because the future of this industry isn't just about technology...it's about accountability.

I am humbled! When this happens, the proposals roll in. They slip out the "I love you's". You attract those who take accountability. You see yoyr self worth clearly. You were never the one disposed of. They disposed their own self. You simply forgot you had options! ❤️

Just got word that the owner of the campground that I brought everyone too after tour last year just got arrested for pedophilia. Anyone who wants to judge me for the way I spoke to him and how quick I was to pack up camp after seeing his actions that night might want to think again and trust my judgment! Just cuz you're slow doesn't mean others are stupid. I know a dirtbag when I see one!

Some people asked why I was so public with my healing. Simple... I was surviving! I refused to suffer in silence just to make other people comfortable. If my story helps one person leave a toxic situation, recognize manipulation, or choose themselves, then I'll keep recovering loudly. If my healing makes some people uncomfortable, they'll survive. The person silently fighting the battle I already escaped might not. That's who I was speaking to all along ❤️
