They also describe their business as A.D.R. Skool. My team confirmed through the Texas Secretary of State that neither Audio Done Right nor A.D.R. Skool is registered as a Texas business entity. S.M.A.R.T. Vegan, LLC, for which Jeanetta Brantley is listed as the registered agent, is inactive with the Texas Secretary of State. State records show the entity’s franchise tax was involuntarily ended, and its right to transact business in Texas has been forfeited. Despite that, products are still being offered for sale through the business’s website, raising obvious questions about whether the business is properly authorized to continue operating in Texas. Public court records also show that Jeanetta Brantley has her own criminal history. She pleaded guilty to a Class B misdemeanor Terr0ristic Threat charge in Brazoria County and was sentenced to 3 days in the Brazoria County Jail.
