Hi @BioRender I made two support tickets along with several calls but I have yet to receive a reply regarding my refund request! It was an unauthorized charge of $180 and I never used any premium features!! The chatbot would never connect me to a human either... help me!

@BioRender Charging $180 after a free trial, but I can’t reach a real human for a refund/cancellation request. Email, phone, chat — all automated/AI responses, no meaningful support. If you can take customers’ money instantly, you need real billing support.

@BioRender is there a way you can make your subscription friendly for grad students?

AI platforms at their best aren't that perfect for drawing scientific schematics. Not what I will encourage anyone to use for a paper quality publication. BioRender is a good platform for a nice drawing. The only drawback is that their premium subscription is too costly!
