It never ends. I just found out my younger sister is homeless cus her landlord was sexually harassing her (she lived in a share house with him) and so she left and is now couch serfing. I have no idea how to help she's on the other side of the country. I feel like a bad brother

@MelodyTheWitch1 Call the shelters in the area to find out more information. maybe if she can afford it, get her a cheap hotel room to get her to sign the papers. Find other relatives that may be comfortable with bringing her in.

@MelodyTheWitch1 The only way to really help someone that is going through this, is to Find them a place to stay Find them a job that they will keep Help them along the way until they are able to support themselves

@MelodyTheWitch1 letting her stay in the new place would be an extreme act of kindness, and not letting her stay there would be neutral at worst - it's not necessarily "wrong."

@MelodyTheWitch1 Best first step would be getting them a place to stay. If your sibling is not comfortable with it, however, then not only would I say that's perfectly fair, but you shouldn't force her to go through it (as I know you're not)
