@S4YPodcast @_alwx3 I only used pancake mix and water. I'm gonna try some baking soda and egg next time, use the brown rice setting, and flip and cook it twice

I added 2 eggs and some fake nut milk (dont have any real milk on hand) and a bit of Baking Powder

@miavonmilk ya maybe, I just used pancake mix and water. it was maybe 3x as thick as a normal pancake.

@Birch2124 Do you think this "cake" could be fluffier and more "spongy" with added baking powder? Japanese OG "cake" looks so fluffy and airy.
