Found this ambitious drawing I did around age 12. Pretty well executed for a kid with no internet or even international field guides yet. Just cobbling together a solid understanding of hummingbird diversity from magazines and library books.

A new threat for native fauna in Białowieża Forest - unfortunately it looks like Raccoons are spreading through NE Poland. My camera trap has recorded this individual in southern part of the Forest, looks like one of first records for Białowieża. @mriBialowieza

A few pictures from Galala raptor count, Egypt. Steppe Eagle is in full swing atm with hundreds streaming past daily, with a few other goodies mixed in the streams.

Long-billed Dowitcher feeding around #TurfLocks early pm. Also large numbers of Golden Plover, Avocet, Lapwing and Brent Geese on the #ExeEstuary
