@CooperativeBank I was locked out of both my coop banking up and the website and the pin generation app. I rang TWICE to be talked through all the steps to be reinstalled . Followed it all to the letter WHILST the agent stayed on the line - it didn’t work .

. @CooperativeBank I called an agent days ago , they were trying their best but could not resolve my issue and emailed a tech team. I was meant to be called back days ago - nothing !!!! Bad enough that both your apps keep faulting , then the service is not up to standard!
