I was prepared to run for Congress in California’s 6th District. When Kevin Kiley announced Monday he was moving there, I kept my word to the Republican Party and stepped aside rather than challenge him. But on Friday, Kevin resigned from the Republican Party. That decision completely changed the dynamics of this race and left the 3rd District without a Republican candidate with the strength and recognition needed to win. So I’m stepping forward. I’m running for Congress in California’s 3rd District. To my supporters who remain in the 6th District, I need your support more than ever.
To those in the 3rd District who have supported me before, I’m asking you to stand with me again. The June primary is fast approaching. It’s all hands on deck. To take on Ami Bera and win, we need the resources to build a strong campaign now. He is entering unfamiliar territory, and this is the opportunity for Republicans and independents to come together, hold the House majority, and win this seat. Join the campaign today. #BishForCongress #CA03

🔥I didn’t just raise concerns, I followed the data. As a co-plaintiff with the Election Integrity Project California, we examined voter data across 13 counties, including Sacramento County following the 2020 election. A Sacramento County Grand Jury identified issues in the election system and issued recommendations. In the official response, the Registrar, citing IT guidance, acknowledged those concerns and declined to implement certain security changes. Now, U.S. intelligence assessments, reported by John Solomon; confirm foreign actors, including China, attempted to influence the 2020 election environment. That’s not speculation. That’s a pattern: Data raised concerns. Local review identified issues. Officials chose not to act on all recommendations. Intelligence confirmed interference efforts. I’m proud to have been part of the effort to bring these issues forward. We don’t restore trust by ignoring problems. We restore it with transparency and action. — Christine Bish BishForCongress.com

SOLOMON: “U.S. intelligence reports show that not only China was helping Joe Biden steal the 2020 election, but new intel shows that Ukraine was also helping Biden steal the 2020 election using the BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars that we sent over...”

Christine Bish, a 2026 Republican congressional candidate for California's 3rd District, highlights her role as co-plaintiff in Election Integrity Project California's post-2020 review of voter data across 13 counties, including Sacramento, to underscore ongoing election security efforts. A March 2020 Sacramento County Grand Jury report detailed vulnerabilities like past website hacks and recommended enhanced cybersecurity measures, which the county registrar partially acknowledged but did not fully implement due to IT constraints. Recent declassified U.S. intelligence documents, reported by John Solomon in March 2026, reveal Chinese actors analyzed voter data to influence the 2020 election, validating patterns of ignored local concerns Bish helped expose.

@BishForCongress Members of Congress all have 2 homes. One is "legal residence" for eligibility and voting. One (might be the other one is "primary" or mortgage purposes) Interest on both are deductible for tax purposes.

In my previous post, I pointed out the conflict between mortgage filings that list Washington, D.C., as a primary residence and the fact that the borrower maintains a residence in California. That raises the next obvious question. Where were the ballots sent, and where were they returned from? California now conducts elections largely through universal mail ballots. Ballots are mailed to the voter’s registered California address and then returned through the U.S. mail. But voting eligibility is based on domicile, not simply renting a room somewhere. So if someone is declaring Washington, D.C. as their primary residence on legal documents, yet receiving and returning ballots in California, a jurisdictional issue immediately emerges. Because now you potentially have: • A California ballot issued to a California address • A voter whose legal residence may be Washington, D.C. • A ballot moving through the federal mail system across jurisdictions That’s where this situation becomes more serious. Voting is tied to where a person is legally domiciled. If a voter is actually a resident of Washington, D.C., they would be voting in the wrong jurisdiction by casting a ballot in California. Mortgage documents, voter registration, tax filings, and ballot records all create a paper trail of sworn statements about where someone lives. When those statements conflict, investigators typically follow the documents and determine which declaration reflects the truth. That’s why the next step in this situation is not speculation. It’s reviewing the ballots. If someone claims residency in Washington, D.C. on financial documents while voting in California elections by U.S. mail, federal election law and jurisdictional questions inevitably come into play. The documents deserve a serious look. - Christine Bish

@Milajoy Illegally voting in California elections as a DC resident. That would bring questions about ballots DELIVERED and sent via the USPS.

History has a way of repeating itself. In 1980, Ronald Reagan called on Americans to **Make America Great Again.** It wasn't a dog whistle. Four decades later, we’re still debating inflation, energy independence, and America’s future. Maybe the lesson isn’t new. Maybe it’s one we forgot. Americans shouldn’t have to beg Congress to protect the country. Yet politicians like @AmiBeraMD keep playing political games with Homeland Security funding. National security isn’t a bargaining chip. It’s Congress’s job. Mr. Bera, it's your job. When I’m in Congress, I’ll vote to fully fund Homeland Security and put the safety of Americans ahead of politics. - Christine Bish, BishforCongress.com

CALL TO ACTION- call your congressional representative and demand they vote to fund homeland security! We are at war with Iran for the love of GOD! We left a message at both the local office and in DC! house.gov/representative… @everyone

For years, I’ve been examining sworn election filings and mortgage declarations connected to members of Congress. Now, San Luis Obispo prosecutors have charged a candidate for filing a false declaration of candidacy under penalty of perjury. That case proves something important: when sworn election declarations are false, the law CAN BE enforced. Statewide candidates file those same declarations with the California Secretary of State in @SacramentoCA_ When those filings are false, jurisdiction can involve the Sacramento District Attorney and the California Attorney General. I’ve raised these same issues in cases involving @ericswalwell and @AdamSchiff . So voters deserve a simple answer. Would @SacCountyDA Thien Ho or @AGRobBonta enforce the same law in Sacramento? Or does election law depend on who signs the declaration? - Christine Bish Source: slocounty.ca.gov/departments/di…

@BishForCongress That would be great, but Thien Ho is running for Congress as a Democrat, and he’d never prosecute another Dem for voter fraud.

Charges Filed Against a County Supervisor Candidate For Filing a False Declaration of Candidacy - County of San Luis Obispo. Sacramento DA Thein Ho has jurisdiction to open investigations into Schiff and Swalwell. He can just cut and paste the SLO DA case... share.google/8jRhyxmu6HFYRV…
