NITI Aayog Workshop on Strengthening Tribal and Rural Livelihoods through Sustainable Enterprises in Jharkhand NITI Aayog, in collaboration with the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS) and the Department of Rural Development, Government of Jharkhand, organised a workshop in Ranchi focused on promoting sustainable enterprise development to strengthen tribal and rural livelihoods. Prof. Ramesh Chand, Member, NITI Aayog, highlighted enterprise-led growth and empowering rural and tribal communities as job creators. Shri Ananya Mittal, CEO, JSLPS, stressed women-led livelihoods, while Shri Surendra Mehra, Programme Director (RD & PR), NITI Aayog, spoke on adopting best practices and fostering scheme convergence. Shri K. Srinivasan, Secretary, Department of Rural Development, Jharkhand, focused on land use, access to finance, market linkages, and Non-Timber Forest Produce-based livelihoods. The workshop featured an exhibition of 22 stalls showcasing community-led innovations, skill-based enterprises, and market-linked livelihood models rooted in local resources and traditional knowledge. The Doorman Fallacy 'You have a five-star hotel and it has a doorman, welcoming incoming guests. McKinsey or Accenture will come in and say, “Your doorman currently costs you X thousand dollars a year. We have defined his or her function as opening the door. We’ll replace said doorman with an automatic door-opening mechanism and an infrared human detector and we’ll save you $30–$40,000 a year.” They walk away, and they take the credit for the cost savings. Two years later, the hotel’s a catastrophe ... because the doorman was doing multiple things, many of which were human and kind of tacit. Security would be one; there are no vagrants asleep in the doorway. Hailing taxis, dealing with luggage, recognizing regular guests, providing status to the hotel—there are loads and loads of value creation components to that doorman which aren’t captured in the open-the-door definition." झारखण्ड के तीन संकुल स्तरीय संगठनों को राष्ट्रीय एवं क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर मिला सम्मान 21 नवम्बर 2025 को हैदराबाद में महिला अभिवृद्धि सोसायटी (APMAS) द्वारा आयोजित पुरस्कार समारोह झारखण्ड के तीन CLF को राष्ट्रीय और क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर किया गया सम्मानित झारखण्ड सरकार के सहयोग से राज्य के 423 मॉडल क्लस्टर लेवल फेडरेशन ग्रामीण महिलाओं को संगठित कर आत्मनिर्भर बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहे हैं । ‘SHG Federation Awards-2025’ में ग्रामीण महिलाओं ने सामूहिक नेतृत्व, पारदर्शी प्रबंधन और मजबूत संगठन क्षमता के बल पर राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर राज्य का नाम गौरंविन्त किया है। ”झारखण्ड की महिला संकुल स्तरीय संस्थाओं (CLFs) ने राष्ट्रीय SHG फेडरेशन पुरस्कार–2025 में उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि हासिल की है।महिला अभिवृद्धि सोसायटी (APMAS) द्वारा आयोजित पुरस्कार समारोह 21 नवम्बर 2025 को हैदराबाद में हुआ, जहाँ झारखण्ड के तीन CLF को राष्ट्रीय और क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर सम्मानित किया गया। चतरा जिले के दो CLF—बनहे और धनकेरी ने राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर हासिल की बड़ी उपलब्धि चतरा जिले के दो संकुल स्तरीय संगठनों ने उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते हुए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर दूसरे और तीसरे स्थान प्राप्त किए। धनकेरी आजीविका महिला संकुल स्वंय सम्भाल सहकारी समिति लिमिटेड, इटखोरी—जिसका गठन 4 दिसम्बर 2018 को हुआ था और जिसमें 3 पंचायतों के 246 स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी लगभग 3,100 महिलाएँ सक्रिय हैं को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर द्वितीय पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुआ। धनकेरी CLF को इंटीग्रेटेड वार्षिक योजना, मासिक वित्तीय समीक्षा, बजट-वैरिएंस विश्लेषण, डिजिटल मॉनिटरिंग (Online DCB, LokOS) और 100% लोन पुनर्भुगतान जैसे उत्कृष्ट वित्तीय प्रबंधन मानकों के लिए सम्मानित किया गया। चतरा का ही बनहे आजीविका महिला स्वालंबी संकुल संघ राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर तृतीय स्थान पर रहा। इस CLF ने एकीकृत वार्षिक कार्ययोजना, नियमित वित्तीय समीक्षा, idle cash में कमी, सुदृढ़ फंड फ्लो प्रबंधन, डिजिटल पारदर्शिता तथा 100% repayment और zero-default पोर्टफोलियो बनाए रखते हुए राष्ट्रीय रैंकिंग में उल्लेखनीय सुधारा हासिल किया पूर्वी सिंहभूम (घाटशिला) का बगुरिया CLF पूर्वी क्षेत्र में द्वितीय स्थान पर पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिले के घाटशिला प्रखंड का बगुरिया आजीविका महिला संकुल संगठन स्वावलंबी सहकारी समिति लिमिटेड जिसका गठन 6 जुलाई 2018 को हुआ था ने पूर्वी क्षेत्र में द्वितीय पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया। संगठन ने किसानों की प्रमुख समस्याओं, पूंजी की कमी और उन्नत तकनीक के अभावको दूर करते हुए कम-ब्याज CIF ऋण उपलब्ध कराया तथा 22 आजीविका कृषक मित्र (एकेएम ) , 2 सीनियर एकेएम के माध्यम से उन्नत कृषि तकनीक प्रशिक्षण सुनिश्चित किया। सरकारी योजनाओं के माध्यम से बीज, खाद और उपकरण उपलब्ध कराकर CLF ने खेती छोड़ चुके परिवारों को पुनः कृषि से जोड़ने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। आज क्षेत्र के 2,500 से अधिक किसान सब्ज़ी उत्पादन के माध्यम से 'लखपति किसान' बन चुके है । बगुरिया CLF ने कृषि-आधारित आजीविका और महिला नेतृत्व का मजबूत मॉडल प्रस्तुत करते हुए पूर्वी क्षेत्र में झारखण्ड का परचम लहराया है। @HemantSorenJMM @DipikaPS @JharkhandCMO @MoRD_GoI @DAY_NRLM @DCChatra @DCEastSinghbhum
