Trying to build up my upper body strength. Up to 15 good slow pushups now (started at like 2 three weeks ago 😅) Up to 120 sit-ups. I've walked 10 miles in the last two days after work. Pretty good progress for an old sedentary desk-bound mule. *audience - clap!*
